Great customer service and an awesome case!!!

Thank you so much for being a professional and courteous company. I have ordered a refurbished case, the price was so low, not sure if it covered the raw materials… I have received the case with the posts that hold the front panel on broken(btw, the shipping was lighting fast, I’m in Colorado). I would have been ok if at least two of them remained intact so I can line it up on there nicely. Unfortunately, due to handling during shipping- there was a huge dent in the box, it was destroyed. I reached out to Donald Kim at customer support and he has taken an amazing care of me. I was not referred to deal with the shipping company or had to file an insurance claim- non of that! Donald is not only knowledgeable about the products, he is also kind and professional! I have received a replacement panel within a week and my pc is put together now. Looks beautiful and RGB fans with mounting dampeners are fantastic. Thank you Zalman. You have a customer for life!!!

This is my first actual build, my first pc was a hand me down and i loved the z11 case it had, so getting the z7 as an upgrade was awesome. Its sleek, clean, and has all sorts of fancy stuff, like the z11. Love the case, and love the history i have with this company
