1. Exclusive Selling Channel Restriction

The Wholesaler acknowledges and agrees that, as part of this Agreement, selling Zalman's products on the Amazon platform is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies to all Amazon marketplace regions and subsidiaries.

2. Permissible Selling Channels

The Wholesaler is permitted to sell Zalman's products on the following online channels: eBay, Walmart, Newegg, and other reputable e-commerce platforms not explicitly restricted in this Agreement.
