Shipping and Returns

Orders will ship from our local warehouse in La Mirada, California. Depending on shipping destination, it will take 2-6 business days for delivery within the US.

We mainly use UPS, FEDEX, and US Postal Service for our orders.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Orders that are damaged upon arrival, we will replace or refund the order at no cost to you. Please let us know within 30 days if this occurs. If you change your mind you will be responsible for the shipping returns back to us and we will reimburse 100% of the order to you with no restocking fee.

We are currently supporting sales within the USA. We can try to help if you live in another country but our reach is currently limited to the USA.

The white MOLEX dongle supplied with the case must be installed between the fans the power supply unit for the RGB lights to function correctly. RGB lights can be controlled by the LED control button on the front panel.
