Warranty & Return Policy

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for manufacturer defects.  Simply return the undamaged product to us with original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. The customer must pay the return shipping if the reason for return is not quality related. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4-10 business days.

Purchases made from Amazon, eBay or Newegg must contact the retailer directly for warranty and refund inquiries.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
